[Due to the unique circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic, pricing is negotiable based on your income and employment situation. In some cases, the bartering of services will be accepted as payment.]
All Blooming Careers Coaching packages include:
A 90-minute (approx.) Exploratory Strategy Meeting to discuss your preferred learning and communication styles, your work experience, and your career goals, to determine the best direction for our work together
Unlimited communication by phone, email, video chat, and/or text until we have agreed your needs are met
Meeting recaps, check-ins, and “homework assignments” to keep you on track, accountable, and motivated
Sharing of helpful articles, videos, job listings, and other resources
Multiple drafts of job search portfolio components (resume, LinkedIn profile, etc.) as applicable to package

CAREER EXPLORER PACKAGE:
You get all of the following:
Five (5) one-hour coaching sessions (in addition to the Exploratory Strategy Meeting), centered on guided Career Exploration to identify viable career options that are the best fit for your talents, passions, personality, and values.
Guidance for doing effective company and occupational research to determine the best fit.
You'll also receive one or more of the following, depending on your priorities:
A Networking Strategy, including tips for building and growing your professional network
A Job Finding Plan to identify the best job boards, keywords, networking activities, hiring events, and online resources to help you find a new position.
A Personal Branding Statement to highlights your natural abilities, strengths, and Unique Selling Points.
INTERVIEW PACKAGE:
You get all of the following:
Discussions to improve your mindset and combat subconscious actions and statements that may hold you back.
Strategies to effectively answer common interview questions ("tell me about yourself") and behavioral questions ("tell me a time when..."). You will learn how to use storytelling to illustrate your value and accomplishments.
Guidance to research the company and the job description in detail, so you can explain why you’re a good company “fit” and the best candidate to address its needs.
Salary conversation and negotiation techniques to provide an ideal salary range, ask for what you’re worth, and make a counteroffer if necessary.
A recorded mock interview so you can practice your technique, review it afterward, and receive a critique.
Tactics for following up after the interview, including impactful thank you notes and creation of a reference list.
ULTIMATE JOB SEEKER PACKAGE:
You get all of the following:
Creation of a Job Finding Plan to identify the best job boards, keywords, networking activities, job fairs, and online resources to help you find a new position.
A Resume that is ATS (Applicant Tracking System)-friendly and reflects your experience, transferrable skills, strengths, accomplishments, and career goals.
A Cover Letter that can be tailored to target your desired positions.
A LinkedIn Profile to attract the attention of recruiters and hiring managers. You will also receive tips and tools to use LinkedIn for career exploration, job finding, and networking.
Development of a Networking Strategy, including tips for building and growing your professional network and guidance for requesting informational interviews.
Interview preparation and practice for phone, video, and in-person interviews.
Alternatives to Packages:
RETAINER: for those who prefer a budget for career coaching services
pay a set amount each month for consistent, ongoing coaching according to your needs and schedule
pay a predetermined total amount and have a "bank" of hours and services you can access as needed
HOURLY RATES: Any service(s) are available at a rate of $125/hour, including, but not limited to: resume revisions, interview practice/salary negotiation, and job finding strategies.
